I have been making jewelry and hand knotting pearls for over 20 years. I had a long time interest in jewelry and gem stones. I was originally inspired by my father who cut and faceted gemstones. His Jewelry was made using the “lost wax” process. I learned a great deal from him. Following my interests, I then took jewelry classes from the company Rio Grande. I use only real pearls and genuine gemstones, but I do like the more unusual shapes and colors. Not just round pearls but “drop pearls”, “keshi pearls”, and “coin pearls”. I search for the unique, uncommon pearls and sometimes unusual colors. I hope that you will find my work interesting.
