Art is a celebration!
From the earliest age, Kimberly’s greatest joy was found outdoors; in a tree, or a gully, or along a creek bed, always taking in the beauty of nature. When not enjoying the great outdoors, she was busy making things… crafting from clay, found objects, knitting, sewing, quilting, weaving, drawing, calligraphy… most anything that busy hands could create. Kim first began painting in oils in a community class taught by Diana Boyd and has attended workshops taught by Chuck Waldman, and Peggy Kroll-Roberts. More recently she enjoys the challenges of working in watercolor. Fast forward through a lifetime of countless projects, working, and raising a family, Kim is now retired and enjoys the pursuit of painting (and creating!) full time. Her hope is to combine her love of natural beauty and painting to celebrate the best of both worlds.
