Hope Bainbridge is an abstract artist from Tuolumne, California. She began experimenting with painting when her grandma gave her her oil set. She took an oil class at Columbia Junior College and absolutely loved it. After finishing at Columbia, she knew she wanted to pursue something in the art world. Her love of design and creativity moved her to Los Angeles, California to study textile design at the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising in Los Angeles. Most of her inspiration stems from her love of the outdoors and adoration of textiles. Her art is a mix of impulse and intention. Blending form and freedom, she hopes to give the viewer hope and peace.
