Eva Walker
Oil Painter

Eva Walker’s artistic style was evident and developed in her design firm “House Calls” of which she is a partner for the last 40 years.
After relocating from the Bay Area she reconnected with her early love of painting. Among her favorite subjects are: Portraits…. Interiors…Animals…Still Life’s…and Landscapes in “Plain Air”.
The feel of the oil paint on her brush ignited her love of the medium that continues to this day. Eva has advanced her studies with well-known artists such as Howard Rees, Kathleen Dunphy, Milt Kobayashi at the Scottsdale Artist School in Arizona, Peggy Kroll and David Shevlino.
Her art has been recognized by noted artists Kevin Macpherson and Colley Whisson, who hailed her work as “painterly” with good composition, color values and beautiful shadows. She feels great shadowing breaths life into a picture and causes the viewer to pause and do their own interpretation of the scene.
Eva presently gives classes in “Her Style”.
